DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE:
The service consists in providing ad hoc consulting and technical support to remove the effects and causes of a failure or malfunctioning of the ICT environment The service is billed on the Time & Material basis which allows making a quick decision to order and commence the works and the costs are based on the actual man-hours worked by Aplitt consultants and engineers to repair the failure.
The service is addressed to companies, local government institutions, public administration units and other organizations seeking ad hoc support required to remedy the effects and causes of a failure or an immediate solution of problems related to the functioning of an ICT environment.
